Finally, No Subscription is necessary, you retain full control over your access to the exclusive network upon acceptance. Please note, access to the exclusive network is not guaranteed and may be refused.

Please note that all sections within the online form must be completed in order for the application to be submitted. Any missing information will be deemed incomplete and therefore your application will not be considered. The form to apply for membership is available here and will take around 5 minutes to complete and all information will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

MEMERBSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Membership is by invitation or application only, subject to approval by Palladium Competitions. Full Eligibility Criteria is available within our Application Form here

Participation may be revoked if a member is found to have misrepresented themselves or violated group rules.

Please note: You do not need a membership to enter our competitions, all of our competitions are still available to enter on our website without a membership. Our membership provides access to our Exclusive Network.

CODES OF CONDUCT

RESPECT AND COURTESY

• Treat other members in the Network including the Network team with respect, regardless of background or opinions.
• Engage in conversations constructively and professionally. Disagreement is natural but must always be handled with integrity and courtesy.
• Should disagreements arise, they should be handled privately and respectfully.
• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Members are expected to uphold the values of respect, integrity, and high personal standards in all interactions.
• Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• Elite Network members must respect the confidentiality of what is shared within the Network,
• All content, discussions, and shared materials within the Network and those within it are considered confidential.
• Members agree not to disclose, replicate, or share Network information without written consent.

BRAND ALIGNEMENT

• Members agree not to act in a way that damages the Palladium Competitions brand or reputation.
• Misuse of affiliation (e.g., using the Network to endorse products/services) without consent is strictly prohibited.
• Members agree not to disclose, replicate, or share Network information without written consent.
• Palladium Competitions reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for breach of terms or conduct inconsistent with our Exclusive Elite Network and company values.
